EP 38: Making the best of bad situations with Josh Landmann

On this week’s episode I talk with triathlete, motivational speaker & aspiring coach Josh Landmann. The trajectory of Josh’s life shifted at 18 after he’d an accident in Ibiza & was left with a spinal chord injury.  We talk about how to find a positive mindset through bad situations and where people find the strength to keep going. Alongside this, we discuss the language around stigmatized topics and how we can break stigmas. A main goal of Josh’s is to encourage more people with any disability to get out and about, to train in public gyms and be open to having conversations with those around them.

This year I graduated with a 300 hour Breathwork training certificate. As part of this training, I carried out 24 case studies in conscious connected breathwork. In this episode I help you understand what to expect in a CCB session. I explain what conscious connected breathwork is and isn't.    I did my training with Pat Divilly on Journey The Breath
