EP 42: Daragh Fleming is a Writer From Cork

On Tuesday, it was World Mental Health Day so I want to share a conversation I had with a passionate mental health advocate — Daragh Fleming. Daragh is an award-winning blogger at ‘thoughtstoobig‘ and a published writer. He writes to help people feel less alone in hopes of reducing the risk of suicide. On this week’s podcast, we chat about his story but also how we can help ourselves and those around us when we’re having a bad day.

Daragh has published several books which we mention throughout the episode. You can find a list of them hereLonely Boy is practically Daragh’s personal journal where he documented his own challenges with depression, grief and what it means to be a man in Irish society.
