A 5-week journey to explore emotions, breathe deeply, and write freely.

Each week, in a small group (8 max) we will explore an emotion through poetry and breathwork, approaching each feeling with curiosity and creativity. With guidance through poetry, music, breathwork, and visualization, you’ll be invited to tune into your inner world, spark your imagination, and let your writing flow naturally.

  • 2-hour weekly themed sessions blending conscious connected breathwork and poetry writing
  • Themes: Love, Anger, Joy, Grief, Connection

About the Facilitator

Saoirse holds a BA in Psychological Studies and an MA in Creative Writing, and is a qualified Breathwork Facilitator (300 hours) as well as a Creative Mindfulness for Kids Practitioner. Her writing has appeared in Washing Windows V and The Ogham Stone, and her first novel was longlisted for the Bridport Prize. She enjoys combining her love of literature with her passion for wellbeing and encourages authentic expression in everything she does.
